How it started
In early 2025 an acquaintance came to me. He sells cars in installments, one of the big players in Tashkent, and keeping in his head who pays, when and how much, and where the money is right now, had become impossible. He wanted an app for himself. First I dug into the business itself: this is fintech, with real accounting, where everything has to be clear down to the smallest detail.
We decided to build two apps: one for the business and one for its customers. The business app has a lot of serious logic in it, because the owner had worked in installments for years and knew exactly where it hurts. Simple on the outside, and inside, calculations where a mistake costs real money.
My team wrote the code: separate mobile, frontend and backend developers. I set the tasks, built the business logic, drew the design and checked the result. And again, just like with Trendys, the same thing happened: motivation sagged, deadlines slipped, the work dragged on. We delivered the first version, and it worked, but with bugs. With teams, it seems, I'm just unlucky ;)
Then I got to know AI and took the business logic and the flows into my own hands: I reworked them myself, and since June 2026 I've been running development too. Since then I build products end to end, from research to release. Nasiyah now runs on a version I'm proud of: there's a marketing budget, and promotion has started.
I write the PRDs, design the flows and ship changes to the merchant app, the admin panel and the landing page myself. The merchant app is where most of the work has gone.

Stack
- Django
- DRF
- Celery

- Next.js
- Vite
Who did what
The first version was written by my team: mobile, frontend and backend developers. Product, design and business logic: me. Since June 2026, development is on me too.
